Shipping & Delivery

All kké studio products are made to order. Our production period is 10–14 business days from the confirmation of your order.

Shipping timelines begin only after the production period has elapsed. The production period is therefore separate from the shipping time stated below.

Local Deliveries — Lagos

Orders within Lagos are delivered through our local dispatch partners. Delivery is typically made once production is complete, subject to the dispatch schedule and delivery location.

Interstate Deliveries — Nigeria

For deliveries to other states within Nigeria, we use DHL. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days after the production period has elapsed.

International Deliveries

International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after the production period has elapsed.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and do not include the 10–14 business-day production period.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
